Psychotherapy
Dr. Jenny Rogojanski is passionate about providing evidence-based group psychotherapies to her clients. Group psychotherapy is a type of treatment where, under the guidance of a trained therapist, a group of individuals meet together in order to help themselves and one another. This treatment modality provides a place for individuals to share their experiences and learn together and from one another in order to better understand their own difficulties and make changes in their lives. Research shows that many evidence-based group psychotherapies are equally effective to individual treatment, reduce isolation, and can be more cost-effective than individual therapy (click here to learn more). Dr. Jenny is trained to provide a variety of group psychotherapies based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based groups, and social skills training.
